Puppy Development Program
Give your puppy the best start in life! This program focuses on creating a confident, well-adjusted foundation through positive training and early exposure.
What we work on:
Family Dog Training Program
A well-behaved dog brings peace and joy to the whole household. This program is perfect for families looking to improve communication, address problem behaviors, and reinforce structure at home.
What we can help with:
Stay & Train
$2,250 for 5 Weeks – All Equipment Included
Our Stay & Train welcomes your pup to our peaceful countryside training haven, where they’ll learn, grow, and unlock their full potential in a structured, supportive environment.
Over the course of five weeks, your dog will receive a combination of personalized training and real-world practice. The program includes three weeks of foundational training, followed by two weeks focused on reinforcing and solidifying commands. Once training is complete, we wrap things up with a private lesson with you before your dog returns home, plus two in-home follow-up lessons to ensure a smooth transition and lasting results.
What’s Included:
In-Home Private Lessons
$800 for a Package of 5 Lessons (within the NWA area)
Our In-Home Private Lessons were created by our founder to deliver highly personalized training in the comfort of your own home—or wherever your dog needs it most. These sessions are designed to help your dog learn in the exact environment where behavior happens, while also giving you the tools and confidence to continue progress between sessions.
Each lesson includes you, your dog, and our professional trainers working one-on-one to address specific behaviors, from house manners to leash walking to reactivity. If your dog’s challenges are out in the real world, we’ll take the training there—with field trips to parks, pet-friendly stores, or other relevant locations tailored to your dog’s needs.
What’s Included:
Day School
$550 per package + $250/month Day School
This popular package is ideal for just about anyone looking for a well-rounded, effective approach to dog training. Designed by our founder, it combines years of hands-on experience with science-based methods to help dogs not only learn but retain their training and grow into well-mannered, confident companions.
The package includes five in-home private lessons, offering one-on-one, personalized training with you, your dog, and our trainer—right where behavior happens. Whether it’s at home or out in the real world, we tailor each lesson to your dog’s specific needs.
In addition, you'll get access to our Day School Monthly Membership, which includes once-a-week training sessions at our facility (Tuesdays or Thursdays—your choice) with complimentary pick-up and drop-off. This perfect balance of focused private lessons and consistent weekly day school helps reinforce and maintain your dog’s progress over time
Every dog is provided with a personalized training plan designed to meet their unique needs. At Vital K9, we don't believe in a one-size-fits-all approach; just like people, each dog is distinct. This means that their learning styles vary as well. Our trainer takes your dog's individual personality into consideration to create a training plan that suits their specific way of learning. At Vital K9, we utilize the latest training techniques and are committed to ongoing education, ensuring we offer the most effective and enriching learning environment for dogs.
This is actually one of the main reasons our training programs are structured the way they are. It takes about 21 days for a dog to learn a new behavior and store it in short-term memory. While it takes 4 to 6 months of consistency for that behavior to become a long-term habit
Our trainer is certified through a professional dog training school and is committed to ongoing education. She and our staff regularly attend courses on training, behavior, health, and nutrition to ensure we use the most current and effective methods.
Yes, we offer in-home training sessions for clients who prefer to train their dogs in their own environment. This can be especially helpful for dogs who have difficulty adjusting to new surroundings or who have behavior issues that are specific to their home environment.
